"Howl-O-Ween" Costume Contest

It's time for the Happy Tails annual "Howl-O-Ween" Costume Contest! Fang-tastic prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners with the best costumes!

Entries will be accepted from 10/1 thru 10/30 (11:59pm)
Winners will be chosen on 10/31
(prizes will be available for pickup in our Office)
Entries can be submitted the following ways:
1. Email your picture to: info@happytailspetresort.com.
2. Post your picture on our Facebook Page.
3. Mail your picture to: Happy Tails Pet Resort, 965 Generals Hwy, Crownsville MD 21032
4. Bring your dog IN COSTUME into Happy Tails any time during regular Office Hours and we will take their picture and enter them into the contest.

**Please include your name, your pet's name, & a description of their costume with each entry**

2011 BARCStoberfest
Date: Saturday, 10/22/11
Time: 11:00am - 4:00pm
Location: Patterson Park (27 South Patterson Park Avenue, Baltimore, MD)

Move your paws for a great cause at the 7th Annual "BARCStoberfest & Strut Your Mutt Walk", the Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter (BARCS) biggest event of the year! Enjoy pet contests including a Pet Costume Contest, K-9 demonstrations including Rally, Flyball and Obedience, pet and people crafts, pet health and welfare info, food vendors, adoptable animals, silent auction items, local artists, raffles and so much more! This is truly a one-of-a-kind community event whose purpose is to bring awareness to the cause of animal homelessness, educate the public about animal welfare, and raise money to support BARCS! Location: Historic Hancock's Resolution (2795 Bayside Beach Rd, Pasadena MD)

Do you want to show off your pet's Halloween costume in a fun way this year? Then bring them out to the Annual "Halloween Pet Parade" at the Historic Hancock's Resolution park! This is a fun and free way to have your pet show off their costume and have the chance to win great prizes! Costume categories include: Most Original, Best Collar Costume, Funniest, Best Historic Theme, Best Owner & Pet Look Alike, Scariest, Best Celebrity Look Alike, and Judge's Choice. You must bring a registration form and proof of pet's current rabies certificate to enter the parade, so be sure to print out the registration form online at www.HistoricHancocksResolution.org/pets.html.
